ARMORGARAGE OFFERS FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $300.00 EXCEPT FOR ARMOR TILES AS STATED BELOW. We will make every effort to ship your order whole and via FedEx or Common Carrier and provide you with the appropriate tracking numbers. In our effort to get your order to you as fast as possible some large orders will arrive on different days from different shippers. Please note that all FedEx Ground deliveries are shipped as Signature Not Required. If you live in an unsafe area and feel your packages maybe stolen or vandalized it is your responsibility to notify us to ship Signature Required to ensure the safety of your order. ArmorGarage nor FedEx will accept any responsibility for theft or vandalism to your packages.

Please allow 7 business days from time of order. Check with us on delivery time for tile orders for colors other than gray or black. Please do not schedule contractors or work to be done until shipment has been confirmed and you have delivery tracking information, ArmorGarage cannot guarantee delivery dates or be responsible if an item is out of stock at the time of your order or if we are experiencing heavy volume delays or the delivery company experiences a delay.Upon receipt of your order please open all boxes and check each item against the packing slip. We make every effort to ship out orders accurately, orders may arrive in multiple packages and on different days. Please inform us of any missing or damaged items once you have received everything. After 30 days of receipt of your order we have no recourse with shipping companies so we therefore cannot be responsible for any claims of missing or damaged items.

Any orders that are refused for any reason are subject to all our shipping costs to you and back plus 25% restocking fee.

Armor Roof in white or light gray ships within 3-4 business days. See above note on lead times. Other colors ship within 7-10 business days. Please allow sufficient time for your order to arrive as we do experience frequent heavy volume shipping delays. Please do not try to time the arrival of your product to the exact time as you plan on doing your project!

Armor Tile coin pattern usually ship within 2-3 business days. Orders under 300 square feet will be charged $25.00/box(10 tiles/box). Orders over 300 square feet ship free.

Armor Roll-Out Mats will ship either FedEx Ground for 7.5' wide mats and Common Carrier for all 8.5 & 10" wide mats. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery on these items. Custom mat sizes have an additional delivery time of 1-2 weeks.

Armor Mats 85. or 10' wide require you to physically accept delivery. FedEx deliveries will be left at your door, no signature required. Refused deliveries will be subject to additional delivery charges plus the original cost. Mats are not cancelable or returnable, please verify your dimensions prior to ordering.

Canadian orders are shipped with a Duty Free NAFTA certificate and will have a Minimum additional shipping charge of $175.00, certain products and order sizes will have higher shipping costs. Customer responsible for any Customs Fees and or Local Sales Tax. Any refused deliveries or returns unless authorized by us are subject to our restocking policy. To save on costs we can ship your orders for free(except mats) to
Meneke's Parcel Service where you can pick them up for a small handling fee.



We now ship overseas as export, all export sales are subject to additional shipping charge based upon type of product ordered and final destination. Orders are sent Ocean Freight unless otherwise specified. Once Freight charges have been determined you will receive a revised order confirmation indicating the Freight charge. We can also ship your order to a Freight Forwarder of your choice. Shipping is free to your Freight Forwarder except for the Roll Out Mats. ArmorGarage will provide your Freight Forwarder a detailed packing slip with individual prices and the HazMat specifications of our product. Product shipped to Freight Forwarder will be packed on a standard pallet with Bill of Lading. Customer is responsible for all payments, paperwork and arrangements or other special requirements as may be required by their shipper and or Country of final destination. All sales for export are final and are not returnable or cancelable. Please contact our export department via sales@armorgarage.com for quotes and questions on any of our products.


RETURN & WARRANTY POLICY: Returns are accepted on domestic sales only, within 30 days of the purchase date, all sales are final after 30 days. Returns are not accepted on the following: discounted orders, custom size orders, special color orders, Armor Tiles, Armor Mats or Renew It Coating. Customer is responsible for shipping all products back to our central warehouse located at 1260 North Ave, Plainfield NJ 07062 . Please send email with tracking numbers, quantity and description of items being returned for verification of return. Kits must be returned in their entirety, individual items of kits are not returnable. All items must be unopened and in original packaging and in original condition. Returns will only be accepted if the items are unopened and in the original packaging. Customer is responsible for final fit and proper application of all products. Please double check your order to ensure accuracy and compliance with any applicable codes before completing the checkout process. Upon receiving your order please check all items for accuracy before starting the installation. Customers are responsible for any and all freight charges on all returned or refused orders and a 25% restocking fee billed to your credit card on file. Once ArmorGarage has received a return, you will receive a credit on your credit card minus any freight charges incurred by us to ship you the product plus the 25% re-stocking fee. We recommend you insure any returned items against loss or damages. ArmorGarage is not liable for any lost or damaged items being returned.

If any items delivered to you have obvious signs of damage, please refuse the shipment or If you have received an item that is not what you ordered Email us at: support@armorgarage.com and we will arrange to have a replacement sent asap. If you've accepted a delivery that had concealed damage please email us asap and we will send a replacement out asap plus a call tag for the return of the damaged goods.


ArmorGarage stands behind every product we sell 100% providing customer has installed product properly per product instructions and for it's intended use. ArmorGarage does not imply compliance with any local or state building codes, it is the sole responsibility of the customer if required to review our product specifications and determine the suitability of our product for your intended purpose, type of flooring, local and or state code requirements. No warranty is expressed or implied as to the results you will obtain from the use of our products. ArmorGarage guarantee and sole liability shall be for the replacement or repair of any defective product or part of a product. Shipping costs are not covered under any of the product guarantees and customer agrees to pay for shipping on any and all replacement product. ArmorGarage shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages under any circumstances. Any and all disputes shall be settled in superior court of law in Miami/Dade county in the state of Florida. Delivery acceptance of product shall constitute acceptance of these terms and shall supersede any language contained within company purchase orders. ArmorGarage may at it's option request photos and or a sample of any failed product.

You agree to all the terms stated above when placing your order. All disputes will be settled in Superior Court of Miami/Dade County Florida.
