We've formulated our 100% solids Military Grade "Armor Ultra Epoxy" coating in an extra thick version with our decorative epoxy chips to create the only epoxy kit with a real Granite look!

Armor Granite is self leveling, skid-resistant, impact resistant, chemical & salt resistant and at 23 mils thick it's more than twice as thick as the competition! With 30 lbs of chips, you get full floor coverage and no other kit comes even close! It makes any floor look gorgeous! Great for garages, commercial kitchens, lobbies, hallways, retail stores and many other applications.

With 3 coats of high gloss clear topcoat Armor Granite's finished look and durability cannot be matched by home center products or any other online kits. Although well marketed those kits are prone to failures and cannot hold nearly the same amount of chips! That's why they only offer 10 ozs to 3 lbs of chips!

Armor Granite cures to a rock hard finish that has such incredible adhesion ability it actualy becomes part of the first layer of your concrete floor. Plus you'll be amazed at how beautiful your floor looks!

Armor Granite is gauranteed for 10 years against Hot Tire Lifting or Discoloration, Staining, Cracking, Yellowing, UV Fading and the ONLY kit guaranteed against Wear for 7 years in residential applications! Other systems may cost less but can't & won't guarantee their product against wear at all! That's because low grade solids epoxy and water based epoxies don't have the durability Armor Ultra has and get worn out faster than you think from hot tire abrasion! They may stay stuck to your floor but that has nothing to do with wearing out or not! Armor Granite is truly a one of a kind product!

Did you know that when you broadcast the chips onto the wet epoxy they DO NOT fully embed themselves. They are only stuck to the surface giving the floor texture. So if you don't "Seal In" your chips with a topcoat, do you really think that the tires on your car that can reach 180 degrees aren't going to grind, peel and wear off the exposed plastic chips and the epoxy with them? You'll be very unhappy when that happens, unless you started with so few chips you won't notice they're gone!

The Chips also have a small dimentional edge that will continuously collect dirt and grime! You will be constantly scrubbing your floor clean instead of simply wiping it clean in minutes! These are indisputable common sense facts.

We provide you with everything needed to complete the job including easy to follow clearly written instructions and shipping.

Armor Granite is for use on concrete floors and curbing or wood trim and can be applied to previously painted floors if the paint is still in good condition.

The Armor Granite system is 100% environmentally safe, no odor, and fully government approved in all 50 states.

Our unique Armor Granite's concrete flooring system is simple and easy to apply!

APPLICATION IS AS FOLLOWS:

Clean the floor well, power washing is preferred but not required. Then etch with the included acid safe etching solution. Let the floor dry completely! Mix the two components of the epoxy paint in a two Parts of A to one Part of B ratio and apply the base color coat to the floor with the supplied notched squeegee and then back roll it, ensuring a smooth finish at the perfect thickness.

While the base coat is wet, broadcast the supplied color chips to achieve your desired effect(note: you don't have to use all the chips!). Let dry for 4-6 hrs until dry to the touch.

Next,sweep off any loose chips and apply the supplied clear epoxy topcoat to seal in the chips. 2-4 hrs later or the following day apply the second coat of clear coat let dry and then apply the final third coat to give the floor that deep luster look of granite. The chips themselves give the floor some texture and non-slip properties, but you may want to add the non-skid aggregate to the final Topcoat if desired. Let dry/cure for at least 2 days before driving on it. That's it!

Each ArmorGranite kit contains everything for a complete job. Coverage is approximately 500 sq. ft. per kit at 23 mils thick, enough to do a typical 2 1/2 car garage. Please allow a margin of safety and if your square footage is very close to the 500 sq ft coverage we recommend you order the add on half kit. If you end up not having to use it you can ship it back to us for a full credit. The kit contains:

 Acid Safe etching solution

2 gallons epoxy, Part A (your choice color)mix in a 2:1 ratio with Part B.

1 gallon epoxy activator/hardener, Part B.

30 lbs of colored chips

3 gals. of crystal clear fortified topcoat.

24" Notched Squeegee for spreading epoxy at proper thickness
