Concrete surface must be diamond grinded with Floor Prep Machine(rentable from Home Depot) or with industrial diamond floor grinder for larger jobs.

Apply epoxy primer and allow to dry 5-6 hours until hard to the touch and no fingerprints can be left on the surface.

Mix and apply the military grand high build epoxy and apply with notched squeegee at the rate of 165 sf/gal and then backroll to smoothen out ridges. Using spike soles broadcast quartz at the rate of 1/2lb/sf till rejection. Allow floor to dry overnight. Scrape and vacuum up loose quartz. Mix and apply epoxy as above but at a rate of 100 sf/gal to fill in quartz and apply second layer of quartz till full rejection.

Allow to dry overnight, scrape down and vacuum. Then apply two coats of final topcoat allowing first coat to fully dry to the touch. Topcoat should be hard to the touch without leaving any fingerprints before applying second coat.
