We will make every effort to ship your order whole and via FedX or UPS and provide you with the appropriate tracking numbers. Some Large orders will arrive on different days from different shippers. All stock orders are shipped within 1-2 business days, please allow standard ground shipping times for your order to arrive. Back orders may take up to 4 weeks to arrive. You will be notified of any back orders so that if you wish you may cancell that item or order a substitute.
Some products listed below require that they be shipped via common carrier. Please note in those cases you will be required to help unload your products. Also be sure that tractor trailers have adequate access if you want the product delivered onto your driveway. It's a good idea to have a friend or two help out with common carrier deliveries.
Armor Roll-Out Mats due to their weight will have shipping charges applied to your order at the time of processing. You will get Two email Confirmations. One without the shipping charges and then the second one adjusted for the shipping charge. You can email us at info@armorgarage.com if you wish a shipping estimate first on these items. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery on these items. Custom mat sizes have an additional delivery time of 1-2 weeks.
Armor Mats larger than 8 x 22 ship via common carrier due to their weight and you will need to physicaly accept delivery. Refused deliveries will be subject to additional delivery charges. Custom sized mats are not cancelable or returnable, please verify your dimensions prior to ordering.
Canadian orders are shipped with a NAFTA certificate and will have a minimum additional shipping charge of $50.00.
Report all damaged cartons to the delivery person immediately.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase. Email us at Sales@ARMORGARAGE.COM to make arrangements for any returns. All items must be in original packaging and in original condition. Returns will only be accepted if the items are in the original packaging. Customer is responsible for final fit and proper application of all products. Please double check your order to ensure accuracy and compliance with any applicable codes before completing the checkout process. If you are purchasing garage cabinets, please make sure that they fit in the space that you have available. Customers are responsible for the freight charges on returned orders and a 25% restocking fee billed to your credit card on file. Once ArmorGarage has recieved a return, we will send a replacement or you will receive a credit on your credit card minus the 25% re-stocking fee.
If the items delivered have obvious signs of damage, please refuse the shipment. Email us at: sales @armorgarage.com and we will arrange to have a replacement sent asap. If you must accept a damaged delivery make sure that you have the driver note the damage on the Bill of Lading and get a copy. Fax the copy to us at 786-288-0062 with a description of the product and damage. With your assisstance and cooperation we will get the problem resolved and a replacement product to you asap.
