Select the same color that you are purchasing the Lifetime Deck Coating as. Apply one coat to rails and posts to match floor board color. Coverage is aprox 250-300 sq ft/gallon. Product can be rolled on or brushed on. Limited 5 year warranty on this product against peeling on properly prepared surfaces. If railings and posts are in poor condition(badly cracked and splintered) we recommend coating them with the Lifetime Coating or replacing and coating with the smooth version. Depending on type and condition of wood a second coat may be necessary.
