Typical Uses: Unlike many other manufacturers that offer only a single coat product our Acid Resistant Epoxy System is a two layer system for the highest acid protection in acid containment areas, acid spill areas, acid & chemical drum storage areas, acid troughs and battery recharging rooms.

BRIEF PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS:

AG253-257 is a Novolac primer and epoxy system that is resistant to hundreds of different acids. Available in 3 colors. 96% solids, 23 Mils thick, Shore D Hardness rating of 88 which is an extremely hard finish and a Compressive Strength of 9,900 PSI(stronger than concrete)making it very abrasion and impact resistant! Suitable for Forklift traffic, dropped parts and tools. Sold as a complete acid resistant system of epoxy primer and epoxy topcoat.

AG256-258 is a Novolac primer and epoxy system that comes in clear only. 97% solids, 23 Mils thick, Shore D Hardness rating of 82 and a Compressive Strength of 9,440 PSI!(stronger than concrete) This is also sold as a two step system as above. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR FORKLIFT OR HEAVY VEHICLE VEHICLE TRAFFIC.

AG501 is a thermal shock and acid resistant cement. Applied at 1/8"-3/16" with gauge rakes. Indestructible nonslip epoxy finish.

AG254 is an acid resistant crack filler

AG929 is a Novolac flexible joint filler where acid resistance is need for expansion joints in acid spill areas.
