We now have a great system for putting a clear protective coating on your concrete floor that will make plain old concrete look like a polished concrete floor without the expense and maintenance! The issue has always been that clear sealers just didn't last! Which is not the ArmorGarage way, everything we make and sell has to be super durable and now we have a system that combines our clear sealer that acts as a great base and Ballistix topcoat that is a super tough Hi-Gloss shield. This is as good as it gets as far as looks and durability.

So for all our customers who want a quick but cost effective way to seal, protect and beautify their bare concrete floors this is the answer. It requires minimal prep and easy roller application for the sealer and then micro fiber pad for the Ballistix application.

This combination turns your bare ugly concrete slab into a showroom finish that is abrasion resistant, scratch resistant, high impact resistant, antimicrobial, non yellowing, non staining, and slip resistant.

Look at the huge difference between the bare concrete versus the sealed and shielded side. This floor was simply power washed cleaned, then sealed and 6 hours later it was topcoated with the Ballistix. When you add up the ease of installation and the longevity factor of this product you have the lowest cost of ownership clear coat for concrete on the market.

System comes with Micro fiber mob head, micro fiber pads and pump spray bottle. Purchase our red buffing machine pad for dirtier floors.

Floor must be clean and dry. Power wash clean and let dry 100%. If floor is not too dirty you can do an alcohol wipe down with 99% ISO Alcohol purchased locally or through Amazon with the micro fiber mop. If floor is very dirty you can use one of our red pad and a standard buffing machine and the alcohol to clean the floor. If you use only alcohol you can clean and seal the same day. If power washing you need to let the floor dry for 48 hrs. Floor temperature should be 60 degrees and warmer.

Mix the sealer in the can and then apply one coat at 500 sf/gal with supplied rollers. Allow 5 hours to dry and then apply Ballistix. Follow mixing instructions on the products. When applying the Ballistix, presoak the micro fiber pad and then one person sprays the Ballistix onto the floor while a second person follows behind with the micro fiber mop. Move from left to right and then when you want to start the next row slide the mop head straight down without rotating or lifting it and proceed as above. Overlap the spray and mop head a few inches on each row. Do not apply any downward pressure to the mop head simply just glide along the top right behind the sprayer.

Apply in a manner that you always have a wet edge to blend into within a 5 minute period to avoid the Ballistix starting to dry.

Balistix will cure within 3-4 hours and can handle light traffic, heavy traffic within 24 hrs. Do not use any solvents, cleanerrs or alcohol based products for 8 days after application.

Minimum order size for this is 500 sf and then in 500 sf increments. We recommend adding 10% to your actual floor area and then rounding up so that you have a safety factor. We provide sufficient amounts of the coats and tools to do the job properly.
