Simple to use primer for coating over VCT Tiles or previously coated floors. We recommend that you use a floor buffing machine with a black pad on it to remove any surface contaminants or wax buildups and to roughen the surface of the previous coating or tile surface. Use caution if your tiles contain Asbestos! A good wax stripper can be used as an alternate for cleaning tiles. The objective is to get the tiles or coating perfectly clean with all dirt and wax buildups removed. Then just stir primer in can apply with roller and let dry for a full 24 hours and apply epoxy and topcoat as normal. Select NO PRIMER option when using this primer with the Ultra three coat Military System. Coverage is 400 sq ft per gallon.
