Rubber Granule Version is applied with trowel if using roller thin slightly with Xylene. If doing walkways or areas around roof mounted equipment, a base coat of standard coating can be applied first and then second coat with granule version on high wear areas is acceptable. For roof decks with table, chairs etc, coat entire area with two coats of granule version.
COVERAGE: for standard version is 100 sq ft per gallon(500sq ft per pail).
Coverage for Granule version is 17-30 sq ft/gallon.

APPLICATION:
Product should be stored indoors for 24 hrs before using.
SUEFACE PREP: Roof must be cleaned of all dirt, debris and residues. Power wash if possible. Roof must be completely dry. When coating Metal or EPDM roofs make sure that all seams are secure and patch any damaged areas, see Roof Repair Section for repair products.
APPLICATION: Mix in can with supplied paddle mixer on low speed. Use a high quality brush to coat any hard to reach areas first. Then pour product onto roof as shown below.
Spread with supplied calibrated squeegee.
Back roller over squeegeed area with supplied roller. Roller out to 100 sq ft/gallon.
Then proceed to next section in the same manner. Allow first coat to dry then apply second coat. Product can be applied with sprayer.
Use an Airless Sprayer with 2500-3000 psi, 2 gpm and a # 631 tip for spray application. Maintain the 100 sq ft/gallon spread rate. Do not apply if rain is forecasted within 24-36 hrs.
Once you have applied two coats of Armor Roof Coating you will have 10 years of guaranteed leak free service from your roof!
