DRY BASEMENT EPOXY FLOOR APPLICATION IS AS FOLLOWS:

Repair cracks and divots with one of our crack repair kits then give your floor a thorough cleaning with a bucket containing our TSP cleaner and a mop. VCT Tiles must be thoroughly cleaned of any dirt or wax buildups. Let floor dry and then apply our VCT primer, primer dries to the touch in 1-2 hrs but you must allow primer to cure for a full 24 hr before applying the epoxy. Mix the three components of our self priming epoxy with the supplied mixer, do not mix all the epoxy at once, mix in 3 small batches for best results. If you want a non slip finish in areas that may get wet, mix in the included non slip additive into each batch. Then spread the epoxy evenly with the supplied squeegee and repeat with the next batch then let dry. The epoxy will self level into a solid seamless finish and your floor is ready for use in about 8 hours!
