Armor Tiles are a fast and great looking solution for just about any floor regardless of its condition! Their unique water tight seams and the highest rated roll over capacity of 60,000 lbs make them perfect as garage flooring, showroom floors, workshops, mechanical rooms, production areas, gyms, or vehicles as heavy as fully loaded cement trucks! They are so strong they can bridge over cracks and divots 3" wide!

Although Armor Tiles may cost slightly more than hollow cored Polypropylene Garage Floor Tiles, we guarantee their quality for LIFE!! Other tiles weighing a pound or less may save you a few dollars but they don't compare in quality, finished look or durability. Simply put you can't buy a better made or better looking interlocking type garage tile, in fact if you don't agree with that after your purchase, you can send it back to us for a full refund including the shipping! Don't be fooled by thicker tiles, they are thicker because they have to be, they are made from PVC substitute materials that are weaker and are usually hollow cored as shown above, they are much lighter in weight(CHEAPER) and brittle making them prone to cracking. So although most popular tiles are 3/8" thick you are only getting a 1/16" wear surface versus our solid 1/4"(6.5mm) tile! Also their Peg & Loop joints let water, corrosive road salts, dirt, small debris and oil from your car get into and under the floor. How do you think you're going to clean up all that stuff under there?

Armor Tiles are flexible and will conform to the contour of your uneven floor, stain proof, non-skid and impervious to any type of repetitive traffic, oils, brake fluid, antifreeze, pet waste & common chemicals. They clean up in minutes with mild soap and water. A note on tire marks; we get asked a lot if tires will leave marks on our tile. The answer is no with standard passenger or truck tires. There are some off road tires and high performance tires with soft compounds that can leave marks. If you have these types of tire compounds we recommend you use a non slip wax such as Trewax. It's also not a bad idea to use even if you don't have exotic tire compounds, it gives a nice sheen to the tiles.
Armor Tile teeth interlock tightly with a rubber mallet and don't use cheap plastic 'loops' that frequently break during installation compromising the integral strength of the floor! The Peg and Loops also make a tile rattling noise as they flex in and out of each other as you drive your car over them.
Armor Tile's 4-way interlocking design makes it easy to make checkerboard, racing stripes, safety stripes or other patterns!
Armor Tiles come in a standard size of 19-1/2" x 19-1/2" (2.6 sq. ft/tile). Therefore you need to install less tiles than standard 1 sq ft tiles. You can easily trim or cut Armor Tiles with a utility knife or any type power saw! They cut smoothly and cleanly with no ragged edges! Install a 3 car garage in 3 hrs! Our larger Tile give your floor a far superior look compared to 12" tiles.
We also offer 'FRONT EDGE' transitions for the front of your garage or walkway that makes a small 'ramp' to the tiles to reduce any chance of tripping on the edge. We suggest our special urethane coating topcoat if you would like a glossy finish to your floor and or if your floor will be in a harsh environment. See Tile Protective Coating.
ORDERING INFO: Tiles are sold per the sq ft, we suggest you add a minimum of 5% to the square footage of your floor to account for cutting waste or a cutting mistake. Simply enter the adjusted square footage of your floor into the qty order box and we'll determine the amount of tiles needed, we round up to the nearest full tile.
ORDER EXAMPLE: Floor is 22' x 20'= 440 sq/ft * 5% = 462 sq/ft. You enter the adjusted square footage of "462" in the qty order box. We'll determine the amount of tiles when we process your order, in this example the total number of tiles is 177.6 tiles which we would round up to 178 tiles.
Our Garage Floor Tiles comes in standard Coin Pattern, Flat, Textured, Slate and Diamond finish. Flat Tiles are Tiles without a raised pattern but finished in an Orange Peel type surface for traction. We strongly suggest you order Flat Style Tiles if you do a lot of work with rolling tool chests, rolling carts or hydraulic floor jacks. Flat Tiles offer a smoother surface for your wheeled equipment to roll over vs the raised coin pattern. The Diamond Pattern is for a more industrial look, the slate finish is for a more architectural look such as in lobbies or inside your home, the textured look is a less grainy finish but still provides enough traction so they are not slippery. Please allow an additional 1-2 weeks delivery time for the Flat pattern.
NOTE: If you would like a two color floor simply enter the square footage of the first color then add it to the cart, click continue shopping and then enter the square footage of the second color and add that to the cart.
